* basics - make bed, do dishes, tidying
* shine my kitchen and bedroom "sinks"
* get mtx injection
* exercise and stretch
* meds
* devotions & meditation

And, assuming I'm going to crash after mtx,
* start writing thank-you notes
* start using the journalling book, which is easily one of the coolest gifts I got this Christmas :-)
* start making a wish-list to get me through to the end of the year

If energetic:
* spend 5-10 minutes blitzing the back porch (yes, I *know* I've been pacting this all week)
* start fixing the garden, which is a MESS.
* phone a friend
* do a load of washing

Am writing this on Christmas night; might pop back later on Friday with changes and / or updates.

Grrr. I am so cross. The district nurse has just been to do my mtx injection. She uncapped the needle, picked it up a few times and then put it down, repeatedly allowing the tip of the needle to rest against a bag on which something had been spilt, and then injected me with it!!!!

I'd love to know why the doctors think it's safer for the nurses to inject me, than for me to inject myself.

Anyway, it's 10.20 am. I've showered, made the bed and done the dishes, but haven't put them away yet. I tried to do some exercise but was too sore and tired, so might have to do it in five-minute increments throughout the day.

Have a good day, April, and enjoy the hair cut.
