Well it is around 3 months since I started my change in diet, no lifestyle change.
I have continually lost weight since elimination of all the baddies (i.e. sugar foods, drinks, alcohol etc.)
I have seen a naturopath and started a complete sugar-free diet over a month ago.
I noticed a huge improvement in my general health and energy levels.
I also finally got the blood test results of my 93 tested foods for any intolerance.
Cow's milk, Brewers/Bakers Yeast and Soya Bean showed the strongest reaction and it is now time to eliminate these.
I also showed a strong reaction to eggs which is no surprise, so that has to go as well.
The good news was that all fruits, meats and fish showed no reaction.
After reading 'Life Without Bread' and completing the above, I feel like parts of the jigsaw are coming together.
I am now down to a very healthy 75kg and feel great!
My naturopath is working with me and has started me on some probiotics and natural anti-inflammtory medicines.
She believes my body is in good shape and if I can get the balance right, assist my immune system there is no reason I can not be symptom free of CD!
Wouldn't that be nice.
I have been very strict with myself and not wavered even over the xmas, new year period.
I am now starting to introduce fruits again after my sugar-free period has ended.
I used to dislike fruit but now I have a new appreciation.
I think I am on the path to enlightenment.
