Hello there!

The good folks on the MS boards said some of you may be able to to help out with a LDN question. I am hoping to find information about what time to take the LDN. My prescription is on its way, but I am concerned about losing sleep. I don't need anymore help in the fatigue department, so sleep is crucial. Does anyone set an alarm and take it later around 1 a.m. or there about?

thanks for your time :)

Hi Andrea,
I take my LDN each night around nine thirty before heading to bed. I normally go to bed around ten but watch TV and sometimes am still up for the eleven news. I had a lot more energy right off the bat. I do wake sometimes around three or four to pee, not sure if the endorphins taking off causes me to wake or not. I did have a few dreams the first week or so, nothing freaky though. I think I really sleep much better now. I've been on LDN since the beginning of November and have seen some definate improvements lately. Hope it works for you.
Take care,

I just "re-started" LDN on January 1, but I find that I do better the later I take the LDN. If I can wait until 11pm when I can barely keep my eyes open, I can make it until about 5am before I wake up, and even then I'm really only awake for 20mn or so.

Hi again,

Somehow I unsubscribed to this post, so my "thank you" is a little tardy! Your comments are helpful.

I've had two nights of crummy sleep with the LDN, so I took a break last night. My neurologist told me to try taking it in the morning when I wake up?!? I'm getting a good rest today and will try again tomorrow.

Good luck to both of you and thanks for your help!
