Well, I just heard back from GI's office on the CT Enterography last Thursday (only because I called them).  Seems it is showing an old stricture (don't know how bad) and the area of my ananstomosis (sp) is showing inflamation.  So for 2 days, I'm on a liquid diet then going to a soft diet and have to call back next week for an update.  I'm on minimal meds, so he's thinking of changing mine.  I haven't knowingly had stricture issues in the past --- any advice would be greatly appreciated as far as food symptoms to look for.  Right now the only issue I seem to have is pain.  It goes from 1-6 on a scale of 1/10.  Geez, after 26 + years you'd think I couldn't come up with a new symptom............
Now.........what the heck am I going to eat on Super Bowl Sunday?????  My Steelers are playing!!!

pain usually is the symptom for me for stricture. A few days of liquids should help as stuff is trying to get through--I don't know where you have the pain but can you put heat on it? Steroids are a quick fix. If you get nausea or vomiting, please call your doc asap.

yeah, the superbowl for me looks like chix broth and jello.

best of luck!!
