my friend was telling me about this and it helps if you have CD or UC.

I was wondering if anyone has heard something about this and does it work?

It looks like the latin name for it is Boswelia serrata This is an inti inflammatory. I take a similar supplement called boswellin it seems to help. I think there have been studies done on it.
