So I Just got promoted! I am really excited about the job I am a supervisor now and I am enjoying work so much more now. The stress is still there but it is different stress it is for me the kind I thrive on. I enjoy coaching people and helping them do better and that it what I am doing now. I am able to be at work more because if I need a moment to myself because of pain or what not I can take it. I am so excited and I think since I really like my job again it is easier to deal with feeling crappy because I am having fun while I am there. Not many people can say they like their job and I am pleased to say I enjoy work again! I did however go to work after a remicade infusion yesterday and let me tell you thank kicked my butt I slept 14 hours today, but I was able to make it through work :)

Congratulations on your promotion!!! This shows that even though you have Crohns you can still have a life. I too love my job and I am lucky that I have supportive bosses who understand. The people you supervise will have a compassionate boss who understands what its like to be sick and still work.
