I have read this book and yes, I tried this program religiously.
Unfortunately, it did not work for me. I bought all the supplements (including the detox clay, it just came out like white poo). I tried the Brasco Broth and ate it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner like recommended. Again, it did not work for me.
At the time I was absolutely desperate to try anything that worked and Jordan Rubin's programs seemed promising. But like I said, it did not work for me.
One thing I have adopted from Jordan Rubin's programs is goat milk, goat kefir, and goat yogurt. I only eat wild caught fish and organic chicken and do not eat red meat or pork (my own choice as red meat/pork seriously upsets my stomach).
I would say give the program a try to see if it works for you BUT be skeptical of ANYTHING that claims to cure somebody of their illness. What works for one person doesn't always work for another.
Take care and good luck!!
