Ok so the last few weeks I have been doing great, no cramps, fab blood work etc.
Then yesterday evening I get the urge to go and basically had loads of slightly yellow water pouring out my butt! (had normal stools yesterday morning) and then today have normal stools this morning and then just a minute ago had this sudden outburst of liquid again!
This has never happened to me before, usually with me and D it'll be my stools gradually get softer and more runny each time I go but theres still some consistency to them, whereas this is pretty much water and so random too! Especially as inbetween I had formed stools? I have no other symptoms - no cramps, fever, my energy levels are good. I've thought back to everything I've eaten in the last couple of days and I don't think theres anything there that I would have reacted to. What would cause my insides to suddenly spew out this water?? I'm a bit freaked out! Any advice would be great thanks guys!

Any minor changes like that just mean its food related, at least thats the way it is for me.

Good luck
