:-)  Just a update here .I have been doing fairly good since my surgery .I am still eating low roughage and still not having any pains. I do still have my hernia and am wearing my binder for support.Turned out to be a big one though and doesn't hurt so am going to live with it for now. I have joined facebook and spend time playing the games nothing like beating up a vampire when your frustrated.. ha ha hope Peter doesn't read this..but it helps put the time in for me as I feel a bit limited in my abilities when it comes to doing things because of my hernia ..have started some groups and one is a lighthouse group of my area. My teen made a dandy one. Getting back to the subject of crohns hope everyone is well and wanted to let you all know what I have been doing these last few months. Looking forward to hearing how you all are .. lots of love as always gail

Nice to hear you're doing well :) I just started getting rid of my facebook addiction to get ready for next semester..
I hope you stay well.

Glad to hear you are still doing well. My guts are doing well, but boy do the joints hurt. Sometimes can't seem to win for losing:)

Hi Gail. I'm glad to hear you're feeling fairly well (although great would be better) and staying out of trouble. I don't post much, but do check in often. Take care. SB
