I have been working from home for almost a year now.  I did not realize some things I have picked up in the privacy of my own home
I am visiting our Chicago office today.  I walked into the ladies room and realized I was starting to unbutton my pants before I even reached the stall eeeeeek.  Good thing no one was in there smilewinkgrin
I guess I have just been used to my own little sprint to my home potty and being pants at ankles when I reach the potty.  Could have been an embarrassing faux pax....dear hands, no unbuttoning before the stall door closes, thank you your psyche

Oops!! ha ha. Live and learn right?
Crohn's Disease.
Diagnosed 13+ years ago.
Been in remission for short periods of time but each time I come out of remission my disease seems to have spread.  No longer isolated in my ileum, now from stomach down to rectum.
Current Medications for the Crohns:  Humera 40mg injections every other week, Imuran 150mg, Levsin, Welchol 625mg, Prednisone 10mg(started weaning off, now going back up in dosing).Canesa suppositories, Calcium, Acidophilus & Potassium
Misc:  I recently joined a local crohns disease support group that meets monthly.  It has been great talking to and meeting other people who share the same disease.  I hope to continue gaining insight through this forum as well.

I was walking very swiftly into the teacher's lounge one day where the bathroom is located and started to unbutton my pants when I saw the bathroom was door open. I hadn't realized that one of my male co workers was just washing his hands and hadn't shut the door.  I thought I would die.  He was a total gentleman and never brought it up again.

what fun is using the mens restroom...the ladies restroom is where the gold plated paradise awaits. They have things in there that the men's bathroom can only dream of. I have only heard of them through tales, but I bet they are all true lol.
SCD since 01, remission since 01, occasional random junk food breaks :)
No meds ever.

yes, I peeked in a womans restroom once. They have flowering plants of all kinds. Berber carpeting and beautiful live orchestra music. Buffets of fresh fruit and cheeses, seafood, lamb, and potatos. Over by the waterfall are ..........................you get the picture.
Crohns 30 years. Ileostomy for 15 years. Symptom free for 14 years until 10 months ago. Was on Remicade but just recently switched to Humira because remicade stopped working, B-12 injections and iron.

I'm not even safe at home. I never close the bathroom door in my house. My master bath is around the corner from the door into my bedroom. I'm home alone all day most of the year and from the throne you can see the TV, so.... But, my daughter is home from college now, she is always trying to come into my room and I'm yelling, I"m in the bathroom don't come in. I have to learn to shut the door again. But then I can't watch TV sad

You know, in emergencies, I've had to get unbuttoned prestall entry with a small crowd of spectators wondering what is so desperate until the noises of exodus clear out the bathroom. Gotta laugh at that.
