WOW! Lucky you. I went from 18 and 1 half stone, to 11 st 8 pounds in the space of 6 months. With regards to taking of some weight, I would suggest that you find a Diet that works for you. Also, start some light expercise and steadly increase it. With weight loss, it is hard work, but you will get their with patients and hard work. With regards to your food intake, I would suggest that you forget about
counting the cals as this does no good. Enjoy what you can eat, but don't eat to much. Eat less more often. And in between meals, I would suggest that you eat your fruit then. Don't be ascared to get up and walk about
after any meal that you may have, as this will help burn the cals for you. Remember the more active that you are the better you loss the weight. After all sitting down after a meal allows it to sit in yout tummy and turn into fat.
