Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, but I seem to be getting sicker, but what with, is the confusing part.
I'm losing weight fairly quickly, but my diarrhea hasn't really increased, still about 5 to 6 trips a day,
but starting to have to go during the evening, which is unusual for me. I have very little appetite, and when
I do eat it hurts... My pain is more like labor pains and not in the usual places. I'm nauseated and chilled,
and I want to amputate my legs as they hurt so much LOL... The worst part is I don't want to visit the doctors,
I've had it with all of them. I guess that stems from having too many to see, and when I do, there's not much
they can offer anymore, other than surgery... I just wish I knew which of my disease is getting at me the most
right now, or is it possible for the whole three of them to be ganging up on me right now. So does anyone have
any ideas which one would it be... Crohns, chronic pancreatitis or lupus??

I guess I'm in a deep hole right now and needed to vent.. Thanks guys LOL

I'm so sorry. It all sounds miserable. Among the culprits, I would choose one of the first two options rather than the lupus, but honestly, with such a complex situation, it's going to be hard for anyone beside your doctors to say (and I realize they're probably not being a lot of help the moment).

Would a pep talk help? Get on the boxing gloves and knock those diseases out the door. You're stronger than they are, so tell them where they get off! And do whatever you have to to get over this hump, whether it's TPN, steroids, a feeding tube, or whatever. In the meantime, do something plus and engrossing that is not physically demanding -a craft project, a movie, whatever. I'm rooting for you.

(((VICKY))) Could you be obstructing due to your CD? Cant remember if you have had that happen before and would know the symptoms but the nausea and weight loss remind me of when I was obstructing. Anyway whatever it is I hope you get relief soon.
Will be thinking of you

Jo, I've obstructed several times in the past, and the "labor pain" feeling is a bit reminiscent of those episodes...
I guess I'll find out soon enough. My energy is at a very low ebb also...
Thank you for posting.

Dunny so sorry to hear what is happening. But, you know the leg pain could very well be the Lupus or even the Fibro. Are you on meds for Fibro? I have been hearing alot of good results on Lyrica for Fibro. Just a thought. Please take care. yes, I do understand not wanting to go the dr, you do get tired of seeing them-but we need them.

I was about to suggest the same as SydneyJo, as I was wondering if you are trying to obstruct. Your symptoms sound very much like what I too went thru. I sure hope they can get figured out whats going on with you. You have suffered enough. Vent away my friend!

Dunny, {{{{{{hugs}}}}}}, I'm guessing one starts and sets the other problems off. its a viscious circle at times. I'm a bit like Writer and seem to surround myself with all these various art projects etc to take my mind off this disease. you need to hang out here more and vent away when its getting you down too much. We understand and are all here for you. I'm a little like you not wanting to have any more Dr's poking and prodding me. These chills I get them all the time too, weird isn't it.

How are the precious grandchildren?
My grand daughter Sophie was here for a few days last week, so darn cute, our neighbours cat disappeared for 2 days they were frantic, we had a look around the farm for "Muffin". little miss 5 went along the boundary fence shouting at the top of her voice for him but for some reason was calling out "Cupcake, Cupcake where are you."
The neighbour heard a faint scratching in the wall and thought it was a mouse, or a mouse on Steroids, notice I don't use the R*t word, LOL anyway the daft thing was stuck in the wall, they got him out and his eyes were like saucers he fed his little face and has not left their sides since, but a happy ending anyway.

Hello Tess my friend, I guess I am feeling pretty down right now, and I'm finding it difficult to climb out of it...

My grandchildren are wonderful, but here is maybe some of the problem lay. I babysit the 2 of them 3 days a week.
It used to be fine when it was only Aidan, but caring for Christian whose only 5 months old is very tiring. Basically
because he's at that stage where he doesn't want to just lay. He thinks he needs to sit, or better still be held. Don't
get me wrong he's adorable, but he's an awful lot of work... Right now my son & daughter in law are working on getting
them both into daycare to help alleviate some of my problems, but it is so expensive for them, and parents like them,
and I have to admit they do help take my mind off my problems, it's just I need more energy LOL.

Anyway Tess, this "flare" will go one way or the other, so I guess I'll play the waiting game (smile)...
Sophie does sound adorable, you're so lucky to have a little girl....

Talk to you soon take care x
