No it is totally different. Your C-section scar is like a bikini cut, very low. I have had 2
open resections and my scar goes up and down the middle of my abdomin and is about
6 inches long. If you are having it lap you will have a couple of small incisions and then one slightly larger incision. Hopefully, someone who has had it done via lap will be along soon. Hope your surgery brings you to a loooonnnnngggg remission.

Been living with Crohn's Disease for 33 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium w/Vit D, and Xanax as needed for my anxiety. Resections in 2002 and 2005. Also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, and Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!
