does anyone else with crohns!!!

when i haev a flare up of crohns disease for a few mths before i know its coming my consultant just thinks its ibs inbetween but i know its coming and slowly but surely i get more and more doesnt show on bloods straight away either but i know its the crohns as you get used to the signs and symptons... especially when i end up not eating as i love my food...just fed up banging my head against a brick wall and would like to know if anyone else gets this where it creeps up on doesnt show in bloods straight away then wham your in hospoital again on drips etc etc

I agree with you all the way. I feel sick and know I better watch it and can even help myself a little so it isn't so bad. Won't have to worry about that anymore...Surgery tomorrow and it's all over I hope.

Same thing happens with me.  In fact, my blood labs have never been consistent with my symptoms.  It's one of those mysteries that we can't figure out.

Crohn's Disease. 
Diagnosed 13+ years ago. 
Been in remission for short periods of time but each time I come out of remission my disease seems to have spread.  No longer isolated in my ileum, now from stomach down to rectum. 
Current Medications for the Crohns:  Humera 40mg injections every other week, Imuran 150mg, 3xday, Hyomax, Welchol 625mg, Flagyl 250mg, 3xday, Calcium, Acidophilus & Potassium
Previous Medications I've been on:  Asocal, Pentasa, Cipro, Prednisone & Entocort
