Maybe you should go in and see your family doctor and and see if you can get a referral to a Rheumatologist. They will help you with the joint pain. Now if you are having alot of bowel problems I would see if you can get a second opinion from another GI. Because if you are having alot of diarrhea and a sick stomach, then your Crohns isn't under control.

Another thought is have you kept track of which foods bother you? That is one thing with Crohns that seems to be very individual to each of us. I stay on a low residue diet all the time and that seems to work well for ME. These little flares sometimes can occur when we either have too much stress or eat the wrong things. Maybe try keeping a food diary and see which foods are bothering you and try to avoid them in the future. Good luck!

I think you need to find a new GI doc.  Your current one doesn't seem to be too intune to your issues.  I'm sorry you're feeling so yucky.
