 I just stopped my Pred. on Thursday the 6th and since then I have had Diarrhea for 8 days now going 10-12 times a day with really bad tummy pain and I also have been throwing up some... I called my Dr. on Weds and she put me back Pred. 10 mg. and want 2 see me Tues. but it hasnt helped at all. Well I woke up this morning and I cant hardle pee its just lil dribbles and around my bladder and Kindneys is hurting really bad. I dunno what is going on.... Should I wait until Tues. or do I need 2 go 2 the ER?? New to this Crohns just found out End of April I have it.... Thanks for the help! Kelly

Sounds like you might have some kind of kidney infection on top of a flare. If there isn't a urgent care clinic available to you, then I would recommend you hit the ER. This is something that should be looked at sooner rather than later. Good luck and keep us posted.

Kidney stones or a blocked ureter? If you have a blockage, it is urgent that you get immediate attention.

Yep sounds like it could be a kidney or bladder infection, I would seek a doctors help. good luck

My daughter had kidney stones and I read that we crohnie's can be more susceptible to them. I'd make sure your doc knows about the new symptoms rather than waiting. Why suffer any longer than you have to?
