Just wondering if anyone ever had this. I had a loose bowel movement this morning, and as i was using the bathroom the pain started. I was in crazy pain and was going to go into the ER when the pain stopped even quicker than it started. So after being in pain for an hour I am now totally pain free and don't know where to go from here. I will be speaking to my doctor tomorrow when he's back in, but I wanted to hear if anyone had experience with this.

Hi 2qts – do you know what type of Crohn’s you have? I have colonic crohn’s, or crohn’s colitis, which means my disease is in the descending Colon – which is located on the left side of the abdomen. until I found this out I was always wondering why I had pain in the lower left while everyone else complained of right-sided pain. Now I know why. If you have crohn’s in the large bowel/Colon, that would explain your left sided pain. I get it daily, especially after BM’s.

Hope you feel better soon.

P
