On the forms I've filled out in the past (which have been the same form over all the yrs) there's a spot for bowel/bladder incontinance...it doesn't get specific about not being able to leave your home incase of "accidents" but each case is considered seperately on each individual case....it doesn't state that you have to be on disability to qualify, but I've read where it says that if you are on disability that doesn't mean you'll automatically qualify because it's totally seperate from disability.

Plan disability benefits, workers' compensation benefits, or
other types of disability or insurance benefits, <B><FONT face="Times New Roman">it does not
necessarily mean you are eligible for the disability
amount</B></FONT>. These programs have other purposes and
different criteria, such as an individual's inability to work.
Yeah, I was sort of guessing about
the implications of the bowel problem that they'd require to qualify, but it does seem limited to bowel elimination.
If only they had one for disability caused by internal bleeding I'd be golden! :)
