Let's see:
1] Putting a new roll of toilet paper in the holder
2] Picking up the dog and cats hair balls from the tub and toilet rugs
3] Setting the trash basket upright again
4] Picking up the chewed up scraps of kleenex the dog grabbed outta the wastebasket
5] Vow to remember to put current magazines in the magazine rack next to the toilet
Shucks, in our first apartment I could even reach to use some Ajax to clean the sink

Some people are like Slinkies... Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

I work my way through all sorts of heavy, "improving" non-fiction books that would bore me senseless if I tried to read them for leisure :-).

The throne room is also the library for me. I keep all my tec books there. I can always study my Harley shop manual, learn the latest woodworking techniques or read up on the latest hand loads for my AR. Just think, if I did not have crohns, I may have turned out too dumb to change a light bulb. I think old VV keeps a spelling primer in his so he can pick on me. Randy probable has a copy of Grays Anatomy and a thermometer . MMMNAVY just looks at pictures of ships . Ill bet C2 has a horse digest and a copy of the latest medical journal near by too.
If we would read the secret history of our enemies,we would find in each mans life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility.

I usually file my nails and sometimes pluck my eyebrows...thankfully for the most part I'm on and off quickly and don't have all that time to get through a whole book or anything...hope those days never come back!!!

bee propolis caps 500mg one cap twice/day
omegas 369 caps one cap twice/day
probiotics 10 billion cfu once/day
vitamins C-calcium ascorbate (easy on the gut) and vitamin A each once/day
Prodiem fibre supplement one cap before bed
I've also altered my diet (no junky stuff at all, processed, fast-foods, refined sugars, ect) and exercise regularly.
I went from 30+ bloody BM's/day with lots of lower back pain to an average of 5/day no bleeding no back pain and completely formed stools, still have severe urgency issues.
~~~~~~~~My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)~~~~~~~~
Since my diagnosis 10 years ago, I do all my reading in the bathroom--either on the throne or during my nightly bath. My husband found a beautiful, simple wood napkin-holder that he attached to the wooden vanity cabinet next to the toilet, and I keep my current book in it. I think I've totally forgotten how to read anyplace else!
