Oh I wanted shrimp scampi so badly last night.  Had to have it.  Then it was not as good as I hoped (very disappointing).  Now I have only one thought....is there garlic in Go Lightly because they seem to do the same thing!  What was a good girl of Irish/Scot decent doing eating "ethnic" food?  Quite frankly, the whole house smells like garlic now.  Take that dracula!

But, on the bright side...my gut actually feels content after several trips to the bathroom.  It feels more "relaxed" than it has in months.  Now I just have to find a place that serves good scampi so I can enjoy the meal and get this feeling after too! tongue
