Hi,

What are you using to control the frequent running to the bathroom after eating?

If you are using a food supplement, can you please let me know if your supplement is lactose free+ dairy free+gluten free.

I think that more background would be needed before anyone could identify with your problems. Your topic name indicates that you have had an ileostomy reversed - how long ago? Did you lose much intestine? Have you talked to your GI about this? Are you taking any medication for it? Have you tried anything on your own? Has your GI mentioned "Short Bowel Syndrome" to you at all?

Haroldz,

It is almost my 2 year anniversary of my ileostomy reversal. I had 4 ft of intestine removed. I currently take Lomotil to slow my system down.
