I just talked to my GI and he is going to infuse me with some Remicade today. Hopefully I'll get started on some liquids too. This has been the longest I have gone not eating or drinking anything (since last Sat. night). I was taking Humira and my last shot was almost a week ago. Has anyone gotten Remicade that close to a Humira injection? I was just wondering if I should be worried about that. I know my GI wouldn't do anything to hurt me, but if anyone has any experience with that I would love to hear about it. Thanks again to everyone for being so repsonsive to me. You all have really helped keep me going.

I don't have any experience with either of those meds, but did want to wish you good luck! I hope they get you feeling better soon.

Hi Dana, hope you're getting closer to getting out. If you haven't already, I'd remind the dr of the time of your last Humira shot. You can never tell what might get overlooked. I hope you get off NPO real soon, we all know what that's like.

I feel a whole lot more the way I do now than I did a little while ago.
