Notable problem items I saw: Honey mustard, bbq sauce, high fiber (if you're flaring), broccoli, and possibly the pita chips.
I would also check the ingredients on the pretzels and cookies, though plainer types are okay.
This is all based on loose guidelines, however. Everyone is different so I cannot say for sure, but the items listed above have given people problems. I was okay in moderation and well cooked on the vegetables, but too much during the day or too many days in a row caused some very painful problems. These are also only okay when I am closer to remission than flaring.
bananas and Apple Sauce??? I know the have fiber, but isn't soluble fiber okay??I used to eat organic apple sauce in small amounts, and bananas are part of the BRAT diet if I'm not mistaken. That diet alone was one of the first things suggested to me here.
Honestly, like a lot of others have said, I would keep a food diary. It may not yield anything conclusive at first, but it does help in the long run.
Cutting down on sugar, and foods with preservatives and additives has helped me, but you have to test it for yourself. I cannot say for sure whether or not it would help you. I'm just of the mind it's generally better to avoid these things.
If you're having trouble with fruits and vegetables, then try cooking them and/or mixing them in a smoothie to help with digestion. If you can tolerate a multivitamin then try it!! Prenatal vitamins are known to be gentler on the stomach while still providing a good source of iron. Personally, I couldn't tolerate normal multivitamins. Just too hard on the gut.
If you're interested, try looking into the SCD diet, Maker's Diet, etc. Some people have found success with one of these. In my case, I tried the SCD, and I found my own guidelines and diet based off of it so that I'm starting to find a pretty good place with Crohn's. I ate kashi cinnamon wheat cereal yesterday with whole milk, and I had VERY little stomach upset. It's just one step at a time!!!
ALSO, on the oatmeal which others have suggested, if you can't do regular oatmeal then try infant's oatmeal. It's pretty tasty, and it isn't quite so hard on the system.
I know it's a lot to read through since we all have different opinions, but the most important thing I think is to try to eat as healthy as possible (I know junk foods are hard to resists), treat yourself well, keep a diary, and feel free to ask any questions. The fact that you're taking initiative on your diet is really wonderful, and I wish you the best of luck!!

Also taking Amitryptaline, hydroxizine, prosed DS, and hydrocodone for Interstitial cystitis.
