I have been in flareup mode for almost 4 months now.  I started doing liquid diet a couple weeks ago (ensure) and it seemed to help.  I slowly added foods back in...salmon, tuna, eggs, peanut butter, bananas, white bread....and was doing ok.  Then yesterday i started get pains in my lower right side (where my crohns is active), but also in my pelvic region.  Its an achy mild pain that is always there.  Also everytime I pee--i will also go to the bathroom--its not alot or loose--but just a little bit each time.
I was wondering if anyone has had this happen or what it is?  I am taking humira, and in the midst of lowering my prednisone (30mg).  I also take librax and palmelor--as my dr seems to think that i have IBS as well as crohns.
One more question for the ladies--does your Crohns seem to act up more when you are about to get your period?  That always seems to be a bad time for me even when my crohns was basically in remission.
Thanks for hour help!!

I agree with sickandlucky. I have always has D and at least some level of nausea just before and until I am done with my period. Although some of my health girlfriends have some similar symptoms they are not to the point that we are discussing, they do however seem to have looser stool then normal during that time. (where would we be if we can't ask our
