I have been taking one capsule before bed.... I heard that I am supposed to increase the dosage gradually. Is that the case or can I just continue with one?

I have been feeling better on it.... I even had the strength to bike ride in the city!!!!! I'm not getting my hopes up, but should I continue what im doing or up the dosage??

I've used them in the past and I only increased my dose until I was happy with how I felt. I had gone as high as 3 but settled back to 2 since I felt better there...If you are feeling that great stick with the 1 or try 2 and go back to 1 if it doesn't work.

I don't think IBDers have to go by the dosage on the bottle.

My GI tells me all the time that if I want to add fiber to my mix that I should always do it slowly. So if you have been on one for awhile I agree with the above poster that you should try adding another and if its too much then go back down to one. But whatever you do, do it slowly. Good luck!
