It's just digestive tract noises, it's actually a good thing to have, docs don't like it when it's quiet in there, usually isn't a good sign for the digestive tract. I know people that don't have IBD that have really noisy stomach sounds (including when they're not hungry).
Don't be alarmed by your gut noises, it's a good thing.

I've also altered my diet (no junky stuff at all, processed, fast-foods, refined sugars, ect) and exercise regularly.
