Have you gone and seen your OB/Gyn about
this? I know that Crohns can really make that time of the month miserable, but you sound like something else is going on. At your gyn office they can do blood tests to check your hormone levels and that might provide some answers for you. Before I had my hysterectomy, I had to go back on BC pills to help with my monthly (and I had already had my tubes tied). So maybe thats an option for you too. Good luck!

Crohn's Disease for over 34 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium, Vit D, and Xanax prn. Resections in 2002 & 2005. Also diagnosed w/ Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, & Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!
