The Pentasa has beads in it, the medication realises in the intestines and then the beads pass out in your stool. Nothing to worry about
there, its normal to see the beads. As for the explosive D, sometimes the Pentasa can cause that. I would talk to your doctor about
it. I take the sister med Asacol, and don't have any problems with it. Good luck!
