Is anyone participating in a trial study for Ustekinumab. It is a biologic that is in either phase 2b or 3. My GI said that the drug has been approved for psoriasis and it is now being checked for Crohn's. I have my first infusion on Monday and I was hoping to hear from anyone currently in the trial. Thanks

You might like to do a back search of forum posts: we have had discussions about the drug in the past.

One tip: try Googling

Ustekinumab Crohn's

Good luck with your infusion on Monday. Please do let us know how it goes!

Ustekinumab works on interluken 12 and 24. DOES NOT have the PML risk. It is also NOT another TNF. I like this one so far. May be another good drug.
