It has been awhile since I have written and I really appreciate all the responses I have received, I learned alot.  As I have had 9 surgeries in the past 2 years for a recurrent perirectal abscesses I finally went to Seattle and have finally been diagnosed with Hindgut Cyst.  It is very rare and they were just about to start treating me for crohns disease.  I have a seton implanted for the drainage and appreciate the information shared for the care of them.  I am relieved to find out what I have and that it is treatable.  Thank you again to everyone that replied to me and I wish you all the best...

Congratulations on avoiding an "incurable" diagnosis, and all the best to you too.

I feel a whole lot more the way I do now than I did a little while ago.
