jmo, but if you're doing the SCD, I'd try to stick with a probiotic that is "legal"--at least for the first year or so. Lucy's Kitchen carries some that are legal, but other brands are as well. Just check your label carefully. Mercola might be a good place to start.
Remember, though, that Elaine Gottschall (SCD) believed if you are eating the home made yogurt every day, there is no need for store bought probiotics!
That said, we use 'em!
