okay, here the story been in a flare since 4/14/2010. every thing been fine before only
drug been on was asacol 2 pills 3x a day, had a colonscopy in feb came back fine
no problem 2 small ulcers, I started eating like a horse feeling good, now i was watching my diet
no pizza, no fried food, gluten free about 90 percent food, but i was eating alot and gained about
7 pounds quick, was lifting weights night of april 13, the april 14th i started having violent diarrhea,
first few days no blood, then a little, april 17 went to emergency room, blood work good,
abdominal xray good, lung xray good, dr prescribed 10mg of presidnone to take 3x at once.
total 30, still had diarrhea, so on 4/202010 they upped dosage to 20 mg in morning
and 20 mg at night, now i dont have diarrhea, i cant say i am constipated, i am just so use to
going 2 or 3 x daily, last night was the first meal i had with vegatbles and some rice,
question 1) is the reason i havent had bowel movement is because i was so empty,
question2 i wonder what first bowel movement will look like after so many days of diarrhea,
i really never had a problem with diarrhea before now is the reason i ask.
thanx for listening
just got off tread mill for 40 minutes, and lifted weights hoping to get something rolling,
another question would u skip dinner tonite if u hadnt had a bowel movement all day.

I'd eat. Being empty is probably a factor. Be careful what you eat though :)

No, I would eat and drink some apple juice along with dinner.

I agree you need the nutrients especially if you have started working out. Do be careful while on the Pred and exercising, don't get too carried away, you could hurt yourself while on the Pred. I agree with Navy maybe adding some apple juice will help to keep things moving. I suffer with more c than d and use stool softners nightly in order to keep things softer and easier to pass. Good luck!
