  I have just been told i have crohns,my stomach is swollen and i am bleeding alot,feel tired all the time,is this normal please help.

Presumably your doc prescribed you medication? What are you taking? Unless it's prednisone (which kicks in immediately), you usually need to wait 2-3 weeks to see results - or 3 months if it's Imuran or 6MP. This sounds obvious but do keep taking the meds, too, and don't skip any days.

Yes this is totally normal unfortunately. I'm sorry you've been diagnosed with crohns but this forum will help you learn about proper treatments. Tell us more about yourself so we can make suggestions or answer your questions. Welcome!
Male, 54 years old with Crohn's since 15 years old, diagnosed at age 46. Terminal ileum resected 2002. 5 months of remission. Crohn's has now been active since early 2003. Had a gall bladder removed Nov. of 2009. Currently on Remicade every 8 weeks, Nexium, Iron, B-12 injection every 4 weeks,5-asa Asacol, Morphine Sulfate as needed for pain. Cymbalta for long term pain control. 5-asa Salofalk, Entecort, Imuran and Prednisone in the past.
