strange endoscopy finding of my stomach??

Hi, haven't posted in awhile, recently I've been experiencing daily, persistent nausea and when I told me GI doc about this, she decided to perform an endoscopy to see if anything had changed in the three years since my last endoscope. Well, is sure had. She found 15-20 gastric polyps that were up to 40mm large, she said they looked like cauliflower, and were very large. She said she had never seen so many or such large ones in someones belly. They were in the fundic region and appeared to her to be hyperplastic. I'm waiting on the biopsy. My question is, has anyone else heard of this being related to Chrohn's, because I know polyps can form due to chronic inflammation.... Of course I"m scared to death that I will have to have a stomach resection to get rid of them, since they are so big, they are blocking up the works. Any thoughts? Thank you, Marla
