I had an ileostomy surgery last year. Can i use Picolax in order to prepare myself for the  Colonoscopy test, or should i use something else?

Doesn't your doctor tell you what prep to do for the colonoscopy? Mine always mails an instruction sheet that tells me exactly what to do. I'd call the dr and ask what your options are of which type of prep.

Tom J: My doc at U of Chicago had me on liquids for three days before the test. I had a total proctocolectomy though so I don't know if you had the same or not. I didn't drink any prep at all - my God, can't imagine what would have happened if I had :) Good luck!
