ok, i mean heart rate?
i asked the many doctors and the doc who prescribed it but all doctors with ldn experience say its like eating paper... there are none except insomnia and dreams.. I dont want to wake up from a nightmare and be panic.. haha.
But the Ldn can have a great effect along with tpn.
its a good idea.. or am i moving too fast?
p.s: is 5 days in bed too long if im recovering? im staying hydrated, exercising, sitting up. (i have an electrical bed) so it reclines up like a hospital bed. but i dont move around except in bed but i am getting good bed exercise. please tell me im not over reacting. its just i dont like 140-150 h.r when getting up.
