I wouldn't push it too much at this point. I tried to do a little bit more everyday. Walking was a gentle exercise for me to help build my strength up. I think if you push yourself too hard, you are really gonna feel it. I know that if I pushed too hard I would just get so exhausted. It helped to remind me that I had to take it slow and easy for awhile. Just be careful you may think you are feeling better than you are and do too much and set your self back. I can't stress that enough. Hugs!

Crohn's Disease for over 34 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium, Vit D, and Xanax prn. Resections in 2002 & 2005. Also diagnosed w/ Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, & Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!
