Last visit to GP the nurse practitioner I see heard some sounds around the left renal artery that she did not like. I have had questions about my kidneys before as I had a urinalysis come back positive for protein(two later tests came back negative) so she sent me of for an ultrasound that shows bloof flow to the Kidneys. The tech at the hospital was super nice and was explaining to me every thing I was seeing and she said although she cannot give me the results I appearder to have beautiful kidneys with a ton of blood flow to them. I got the official word today that everything is normal. What a relief!! More than likely it was the gurgling my left side chronically makes but better safe than sorry. Thanks to the moderators and grandpato for talking me out of my negative thinking on having another test done and pointing out that I am lucky to have doctors that are so thorough. I know I sound like a broken record but the support we all receive on this board is awesome and we have the best moderators!

So good to hear good news!!! Sometimes it feels like it's one thing after another...and it's good to have a test and find out you don't have yet another thing to deal with!!

I agree with you on the support this forum provides!
