Hi all,
with this recent flare I have been frequenting the restroom more than norm..which is of no surprise however myanus is spasming like crazy for long periods of time after I have a BM.  I was wondering if there is something that helps this.  My GI has me use just hydrocortizone cream for the skin tags and pain currently..I see him Wed morning so hopefully I will get back on track with my CD.
It seems as though when the spasms soon subside they begin again only to find myself sitting on my most common seat in the house...and the cycle begins again.

Not too familiar with the spasming myself, I usually get the feeling of a charlie horse sometimes. Where it tenses up real tight and I can't help but to push when I don't need to after a BM.
Feeling the best I have in several years! And it keeps getting better!

4mg LDN at bedtime, 500mg Pentasa 4x/day, 500mg Vitamin C, 1,000 I/U Vitamin D3, 1 Florastor 2x/day, 1 Nature's Way Primadophilus Reuteri at bed time.
Medication prior to taking LDN: 100 mg Imuran a day (GI wanted 150 mg), 1,000 mg of Pentasa 4x/day, 3 mg of Entocort 3x/day, Librax as needed.
