Thanks so much everyone for your support. I hope that it is just a cyst, but am concerned because per my GI, it has grown since my last CT two years ago. And of course, the last sentence of the report says "A neoplasm (cancer) cannot be ruled out".
Hopefully, I will be able to get in with the Urologist soon, and get some answers. I know this may sound silly, but I did all this testing to make sure everything was okay before my knee replacement. I am not so much worried about
what this growth is, as I am worrying that it will make me have put off my knee replacement surgery to deal with this growth. I am in so much pain, and walking is getting more difficult by the day, I just want this thing fixed.

Crohn's Disease for over 34 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium, Vit D, and Xanax prn. Resections in 2002 & 2005. Also diagnosed w/ Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, & Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!
