I've noticed that a lot of us seem to be struggling physically, mentally and emotionally just now.
Would anyone be interested in joining me in a daily self-care thread, along the lines of the pacting that we used to do in 2009?
The basic idea is that we'd come here each day and post a small thing (or maybe a few things) that we'd like to do today to help improve our physical / mental / emotional health, and then encourage each other as we progress.
I know I really need this. I've been dealing with very severe fatigue for the last twelve months (if not more) and am now really starting to get stressed and anxious about
how out-of-control my life is getting.
So... if you're stressed or anxious or lonely or depressed or unwell or unmotivated or just need some encouragement, you're very welcome to join in.
It's Saturday for me, so I'll post my tlc goals in a new thread. I hope you'll think about
joining me - I'd love to have some company.
