FunGuy, I'm not HealingWell so can't respond to your concerns. All I can do is follow the forum rules, which is what Peter asks of his moderators.

I have forwarded him a copy of your post, and asked if maybe he could respond to it / you if he has the time and energy.

I appreciate your concerns, and please be assured that you are not the first person to raise them. If Peter's reply is still "no", I think you'll find it's for some good reason: he has a better idea of the legalities, moral obligations etc etc of site owners than we do.

FunGuy - I appreciate your feedback on this rule, however, it has served us well. It isn't so much that I'm against medical marijuana but that the discussions often devolve into illegal use of marijuana for other purposes (and attract spammers). Hence the ban. I hope you understand.
