Has anybody here ever had a change with the texture of your hair from Imuran? Fortunately I haven't dealt with the issue of losing my hair, however it's very coarse. Any suggestions on what I could do to help it? The summer humidity definately isn't helping anything either!

Yes! I was on 6mp about 2 years ago. It caused alot of hair shedding, and when my new hair grew back in it was curlier. Its still curlier than it was, but for the courseness I found Pantene really helped.

No real change in texture, but I am definitely losing a lot of hair in the shower since being back on the 6MP. Thank God I have a ton of hair to begin with!

I never thought about it being from the 6MP, I just figured it was from color processing or perming in the past. But my hair has changed texture, and it is more frizzy in the summer for sure. I used to use John Frieda Frizz Ease and it helps a lot. But my hair dresser got me started on Morrocan Oil. Its pretty expensive, but it works really well, not enough better than the John Frieda to justify the cost, except, that is smells soooooo good. You only need a little of either so be careful or you will look like the gulf of mexico, post BP oil spill, and really concentrate on the ends, not the roots.
