Please don't freak out. Abscess wounds can take a long time to heal, especially in Crohn's patients.
Would you be able to tell me a little more about
the type of surgery that was done for your abscess? Did they put a piece of string / rubber in it to keep it
open, or did they cut it, or did they lance it and drain it?
I'm not sure what you mean by granulation tissues. It sounds like you have more medical knowledge than I do. However, I do suspect it might be a good idea for you to avoid (or at least be careful with) anal sex until your wound heals. You don't want extra trauma down there, or an infection.
