Anyone notice that you flare after a vax or react to a vax worse if you are flaring?

I get the flu shot every year no problem and had the pneumonia vax no problem. Just had the DTap (tetnus, pertussis and diptheria?) to protect my newborn from the whooping cough outbreak. I've felt awful for two days now. Didn't think much of it but my husband reminded me that I was DXed not long after I got a booster vax and felt awful. Can't remember if it was the same vax though. Now I'm trying to figure out if it's a fluke or if I react worse when flaring. I've had some symptoms but am trying to avoid considering it a flare.
Mom to two healthy Pentasa babies. 6+ years remission, woo hoo!
