Just wanted to let ya'll know in case you didn't see the end of my ER Nightmare story, that I had severe unexplainable leg pain which progressively was getting to the point of disability for 18 months. (was in a wheel chair at times) I have been on Remicade for 1 1/2 yrs, and leg pain just continued to worse and worse. I tested negative for lupus, RA, DI lupus, you name it. Since taking the Cimzia on Friday, there has been DRASTIC improvement. I can walk normally again without the severe jolts of pain in my legs. This is the first medicine that had a positive affect on the legs in years. This is making me think that the leg pain has to be directly related to the crohns. I am so happy something is finally working. ITS AMAZING. Also, I was refferred to a diagnositic center in Houston, and a pain clinic here in new orleans. I will go to both if the pain continues or gets worse. Anyway, just wanted to let you guys know, bc some of you have leg pain. For once in the first 18 months, I feel optimistic.
