I've been reading about the healing benefits of chlorophyll.
It has many properties that are beneficial to the symptoms of Crohns.
It acts as an anti-inflammatory, promotes red blood cell production, increases energy, it high in anti-oxidents, and (for those with ostomies) has deoderizing properties as well.
Almost sounds to good to be true.
Just wondering if anyone has incorporated wheat grass, barley grass, or Chlorella into their diet and if it relieved any crohns symptoms?
From what I've read Chlorella has the highest chlorophyll content.
