After all the bad eating of the holidays, as a family we decided to change our diets. We kicked out all the soda and junk food in the house. Replaced it with everything healthy. Whole wheat breads, light just about
everything. Lots and lots of greens and fruits. We started this last Friday. Doing quite well with it, until yesterday. The grumbling noises started in. As we all know what that means! Then the cramping up, and soon the big D followed. I completely emptied out my guts yesterday. Thinking maybe it was just something I ate that didn't agree, I brushed it off. Today I was doing okay. Had my Special K with berries for breakfast. Then again, here comes those grumbling noises and pain.
I'm in remission (or at least I think so now! LOL). So I thought eating all the greens and fruits wouldn't hurt me. But maybe I just can't digest veggies and such good anymore? How is one to diet and eat healthy when your body doesn't like it!
