Hello,
I have been reading this forum for so long I feel I know you all.
The help and support here is amazing!
I was diag. With Crohn's in 2008 and have been trying to learn and cope ever since.
my currant meds are Pentasa and vitamins
I hope I can be of some help and support as you all have been to me :-)
