Where are the infections?
If they're around the groin, you might like to ditch soap and wash with plain water, or maybe water with a splash of white vinegar (apparently the acidity drives the fungals away).
There are also things like Nilstat, and you might experiment with changing your diet too.
I've been on diflucan and found it very effective, with minimal side effects.
